Chapter 6 of Title 28 of the Pohnpei State Code - Livestock.

This Chapter requires owners of livestock animals to exercise control over such animals so as to prevent damage to another’s property, injury to people or the causing of unsanitary conditions. The Chapter also allows other persons to impound straying animals that cause damage, provide for compensation and prescribe penalties.
