Abstract

This Chapter defines offences against “the public welfare and tradition” including: littering; obstruction of passage through public lands; returning to land from which one was removed; trespassing by pigs; fouling of public rivers and public water systems; unauthorized entering or remaining in state fishery waters; unauthorized harvesting of handling of aquatic life; taking of or trading in endangered species; polluting of public treatment works; unlawful pigeon hunting; unauthorized (foreign) fishing; and unauthorized destruction of the marine environment.
