Chapter 4 of Title 19 of the Code of Federated States of Micronesia- Requirements for Vessels.

This Act specifies requirements for vessels in relation with international maritime conventions applying in Micronesia. Unless otherwise specified herein, the Act applies to: (a) registered vessels (including government vessels) wherever located; (b) non-registered small craft which navigate outside lagoons, or navigate within lagoons in such a way as to affect interstate or international commerce; and (c) foreign vessels at a port or within the waters of the Federated States of Micronesia.
