Abstract The provisions of the Agreement Instituting the Order of the Caribbean Community shall have the force of law in Grenada. The Agreement is annexed to this Act in the Schedule. The Agreement sets forth provisions on institution of the Order of the Caribbean Community, eligibility for appointment to membership of the Order, organization and duties of the Advisory Committee, privileges of members of the Order, registration of Members of the Order, implementation of the Agreement, authority of the Conference for the interpretation or application of the Agreement, and amendment and entry into force of the Agreement.
