Chapter 1 of Title 34 of the Code of Federated States of Micronesia- Consumer Protection (General Provisions).

This Act makes provision for the protection of consumer interests in the Federated States of Micronesia and for this purpose defines prohibited acts, provides for class actions and other civil legal action and measures that can be taken by public authorities against offenders and prescribes penalties for offences committed under this Act.
