Abstract

Protected area of federal significance "Talan Island" is formed for the purpose of protection of the population of wild bird species. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of the reserve: (a) any activity on the territory of the protected area is prohibited; (b) modification of the hydrological regime of lands; (c) exploration and mining, disturbance of soil cover; (d) haymaking, collection and harvesting of wild fruits, berries, mushrooms, seeds, flowers and other uses of wild flora species, with the exception of cases envisaged by this Regulation; (e) construction and location of industrial and agricultural enterprises, buildings, roads, pipelines and power lines; (f) commercial, sport and recreational hunting and fishing; (g) introduction of alien species; (h) use of mineral fertilizers and chemical plant protection products; (i) collection of zoological, botanical and mineralogical collections, except for scientific research purposes; (j) flight of aircraft and helicopters below 2000 meters over the island without prior agreement with the administration of the reserve; and (k) other activities that disrupt the natural development of natural processes, putting at risk the state of natural complexes and objects, as well as not associated with the fulfilment of the tasks assigned to the reserve.
