Abstract

The present Regulations enforce the Health of Animals Act (S.C. 1990, c. 21). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to BSE related prohibitions of ruminants and their products. The text consists of 3 sections as follows: Definition (1); Prohibition on importation (2); Coming into force (3).
