Abstract This Act provides for the development of the growing and placing on the market of edible grains such as maize, oat, wheat, rice, millet and sorghum and other produce to be designated by the Minister and establishes the Cereals and other Produce Board of Tanzania as a body corporate. There is also established a Cereals and Other Produce Zonal Council in each agricultural zone.
