Abstract

The present Ordinance implements various EU-directives on common organization for export of cereals. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the control of cereal from intervention stocks for export or processing into certain products. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Monitoring of dispatching and export (II); Control of processing (III); Final provisions (IV). Three Annexes are enclosed.
