An authorized officer may seize and detain in any Council kraal or any other stable, any livestock found astray, at large or reported in a village. The Council may by resolution establish any kraal or enclosure for the purposes of these Bye-Laws. Restrictions are placed on the keeping of bees, poultry and troublesome animals.
