Abstract

These Bye-laws concern the control of animals causing danger or nuisance and straying livestock in the area under the jurisdiction of the Central District Council. An authorized officer may seize and detain in any Council kraal or any other stable, any livestock found astray, at large or reported in a village. The Council may by resolution establish any kraal or enclosure for the purposes of these Bye-Laws. Restrictions are placed on the keeping of bees, poultry and troublesome animals.
