Abstract This Regulation establishes the Central Coast Water Corporation. For the purposes of section 15 (3) (b) of the Act, the provisions of Part 4 of Chapter 11, and sections 348-350, of the Local Government Act 1993 apply in relation to the staff of the Corporation as if: a) those provisions formed part of this Regulation, b) any reference in those provisions to a council, the council or councils were a reference to the Corporation, c) any reference in those provisions to senior staff were a reference to the chief executive officer of the Corporation, and d) any reference in those provisions to the Minister were a reference to the Minister administering the Central Coast Water Corporation Act 2006.
