This Regulation enters into force on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the Central Coast Water Corporation. For the purposes of section 15 (3) (b) of the Act, the provisions of Part 4 of Chapter 11, and sections 348-350, of the Local Government Act 1993 apply in relation to the staff of the Corporation as if: a) those provisions formed part of this Regulation, b) any reference in those provisions to a council, the council or councils were a reference to the Corporation, c) any reference in those provisions to senior staff were a reference to the chief executive officer of the Corporation, and d) any reference in those provisions to the Minister were a reference to the Minister administering the Central Coast Water Corporation Act 2006.
