Any person who is the owner or who is in charge of any cattle shall cause or permit any such cattle to stray or trespass on any public highway or on any land the property of any other person shall be guilty of an offence, and shall on conviction be liable to a fine or imprisonment. The Public Prosecutor shall act on the complaint of the owner, lessee or person in charge of the property on which the cattle have strayed or trespassed. For the purposes of this Act, "cattle" shall mean any animal of equine, bovine, asinine, porcine, ovine, caprine or cervine breed and any cross thereof. Full text English Website www.paclii.org
