The present Regulations enter into force on 20 June 2005.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Cattle Marketing Deductions Act, 1998. In particular, the lay down provisions relating to prescribed amount to be paid, remittance and collection forms, slaughter plants and abattoirs, payment to the department from provincial account, disclosure of information and coming into force.
