Abstract

The present Regulations enact subsection 4(2) of the Natural Products Marketing Act. Section 2 establishes that the Prince Edward Island Cattle Producers is constituted as a commodity Board under subsection 4(2) of the Act to administer the marketing and regulation of cattle in the province; and shall represent and protect the interests of the province’s producers at the provincial and national levels. The text consists of 25 sections.
