The present Ordinance enters into force on 20 March 1997.
Abstract

An Ordinance to ensure the protection of cattle from leucosis. The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Part 2 deals with protective measures. The owner is obliged to have animals periodically examined. Article 8 of Part 2 deals with special protective measures to be taken once the disease has been officially declared or if there is a suspected case. Part 3 contains provisions for repealing the protective measures. The Ordinance is contained of 14 articles.
