Abstract

The present Ordinance contains dispositions regulating the periodical examination of cattle for enzootic leucosis. The periodic examination has to be carried out on 20 % of the animals in each regions (Land) over a period of 2 years. As far as the examination fees are concerned paragraph 1 of article 26 of the Cattle Leucosis Act (BGBl. No. 272/1982) has to be applied. The text consists of 4 articles.
