Abstract The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection from sexually transmitted disease among cattle. Inter alia, article 3 establishes that in case of suspect outbreak of the disease, the animal keeper has to notify at once the official veterinary, and to take the necessary precautions, to ensure that animals are artificially inseminated.
