The present Ordinance enters into force on 24 December 2005.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection from sexually transmitted disease among cattle. Inter alia, article 3 establishes that in case of suspect outbreak of the disease, the animal keeper has to notify at once the official veterinary, and to take the necessary precautions, to ensure that animals are artificially inseminated. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 3 Sections as follows: Definition of terms (I); Protective measures (II); Violations (III).
