Abstract The present Regulation enacts the Farm Products Marketing Act. Section 1 establishes that a fee is imposed on each producer of $2 for each cattle the producer markets. This fee shall be due and payable by the producer to the Manitoba Cattle Enhancement Council at the time and place of the marketing of the cattle by the producer. The text consists of 8 sections.
