The present Regulations enter into force on 24 January 1991.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Farm Financial Stability Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the guarantee of interest-free or low-interest loans to cattle breeders belonging to a Cattle Breeder Association. Such loans shall be used only to purchase cattle.
