Abstract

This Act in the amended 2002 version, provides for the cattle, including horses,oxen, sheep, goats and swine, its keeping in selected areas, the restrictions applying to the locations of pens and other enclosure in Singapore areas, the restrictions on cattle movements in a certain area at a set date, the necessary Licence to hold cattle and transport it, the offences and relative penalties.
