Abstract

The present Ordinance implements EU-directives with a view to the granting of subsidies for skimmed milk having been processed to casein. The text – consisting of 10 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, competence, obligation to notify, granting of subsidies, obligation to register, obligation to conserve records and entry into force.
