Abstract

These regulations shall apply to lactoproteins(edible caseins and caseinates) and mixtures thereof, as defined in the Annexes, which are intended for human consumption and are used for cheese manufacture. Provisions are made regarding the marketing and labelling of such products; the products defined in the Annexes to these regulations may be marketed only if they conform to the definitions and rules laid down in these regulations and the Annexes thereto. Also, methods of analysis and sampling procedures are set forth in the present regulations.
