Abstract The present Law lays down provisions relating to the promotion of agriculture and forestry in Carinthia. The Land of Carinthia is called to contribute to the sustainable development of an efficient and modern agriculture and forestry. The government of Carinthia has to produce every years a report concerning the economic, ecological and social situation of agriculture and forestry.
