This Act enters into force on 2 April 1990.
Abstract

Subject to this Act, the Agreement for the Establishment of a Regime for Caricom Enterprises has the force of law in Barbados. The Agreement is annexed to the Schedule of this Act. This Act obliges the companies that aims at becoming a Caricom Enterprise to specify the purposes and to state the Member State in which their central management and control are situated. This Act sets out provisions on the jurisdiction and enforcement of judgements and the power of the Minister to make regulations and orders.
