Abstract Subject to this Act, the Agreement for the Establishment of a Regime for Caricom Enterprises has the force of law in Barbados. The Agreement is annexed to the Schedule of this Act. This Act obliges the companies that aims at becoming a Caricom Enterprise to specify the purposes and to state the Member State in which their central management and control are situated.
