Abstract

These Regulations make provision for the licensing of the business of keeping horses for breeding, boarding, hire, driving or for instruction in riding. The Regulations also prescribe rules for the proper keeping of horses. The proprietor of a stable shall ensure that every horse under his or her care is cared for in accordance with the minimum standards contained in these Regulations. The Regulations also prescribe rules for the use of horses.
