Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Targets Act. In particular, the Regulation lay down provisions relating to the expression of measurements of emissions, to sources of greenhouse gas emissions, additional reporting requirements, determination of emissions and their levels, emission offsets, and carbon neutral action reports. The text consists of 8 sections and 1 Schedule.
