The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 December 2009.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to wine growing in the Canton of Schaffhausen. Article 2 establishes that the Office of Agriculture nominates a Vine Growing Cadaster Commission with a view to ensure appropriate conditions for vine growing and to control the quality of imported wine. The text consists of 31 articles divided into 6 chapters as follows: Vine growing (1); Classification of wine with controlled appellation of origin, local wine or table wine, off-cuts and addition of sugar (II); Inspection of harvest (IV); Enforcement (V); Transitional and final provisions (VI).One Annex is enclosed.
