Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 45 of the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991. The text consists of 37 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: Drainage plans (A); Water bodies (B); Plants containing substances harmful to water (C); Drainage of buildings and land (D); Canalization (E); Cleaning of waste waters (F); Financing (G); Implementation of the present Ordinance (H); Final provisions (I). One Annex is enclosed.
