Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 26 March 2012. In particular, the Ordinance applies to basic geodata of cantonal and municipal law. The text consists of 37 articles divided in 9 Parts: General provisions (1); Organization (2); Content and quality (3); Tracing, availability, data transfer (4); Geospatial metadata (5); Access and use (6); Geo services (7); Exchange of spatial data between public authorities (8); Digital underground cadastre (9).
