Abstract

The purpose of the present Law is to provide authorities both at national and cantonal level, economy, science and the public with spatial information in a sustainable, up to date, quick, simple way. Furthermore, this data shall be of good quality and at adequate costs. The text consists of 43 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Geo-data and geo-data infrastructure (II); Official survey (III); Mapping of land (IV); Cadastre of public ownership restriction (V); Final provisions (VI).
