The present Ordinance enters into force retroactively on 1 April 1990.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Hunting Law of 5 December 1989. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Construction, Environment and Economic Office is the competent authority in the Canton. The text consists of 44 articles divided into 12 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Lease of hunting ground (2) ; Hunting rights (3); Practice of hunting (4); Limitation of hunting activities (5); Hunting inspection (6); Protection against interference (7); Prevention of damage caused by game (8); Compensation for damage caused by game (9); Cantonal Hunting Fund (10); Penalties (11); Final provisions (12).
