Abstract The present Law implements various regulations on the same subject and lays down provisions relating to fishing and the protection of fish and indigenous shrimps. In particular, it provides for the management of fishery resources in order to protect fish in its natural environment; ensures that all interventions in fishing waters take environmental protection into consideration.
