Abstract The present Law lays down provisions relating to energy. The aim of the present Law is to ensure the supply of energy to be sufficient, adequate, safe, at low cost and compatible with the protection of the environment. By ressorting to planning and regulations it promotes: the parsimonious and rational use of energy; the development and use of energetic renewable energy source; the reduction of dependence of imported energy sources.
