Abstract The present Cantonal Law implements both the Federal National Economic Supply Act of 8 October 1982 and the Cantonal Population Protection Law of 4 June 1989. In particular, the present Law lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Laws. Article 1 establishes that the Cantonal Central Office for national economic supply is the Department of Industry, Trade and Labour.
