Abstract The present Law applies to all expropriations carried out on the domain of the Canton. The expropriation right shall be enforced in the interest of the Canton, or part of it, or of local authorities. It can also be exerted for other purposes provided that it is in the public interest and also allowed by a Law or an Ordinance.
