The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 1999.
Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to forests in the Canton of Zurich. Article 1 establishes that events taking place in a forest in which devices such as light and loudspeakers are used shall be subject to an authorization. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Protection of the forest against nuisance (1); Maintenance and use of the forest (2); Financing (3); Final and transitional provisions (4).
