Abstract

The purpose of the present Law is to protect the forest with all its wild fauna and flora as symbiosis and ensures their conservation in all their multiple function, i.e. the protection, use and recreational function. Moreover, the Law ensures the enforcement of the federal legislation on forests. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Protection of the forest against intervention (II); Care and use of forests (III); Promotion measures (IV); Final and transitional provisions (V).
