It implements various federal laws and ordinances on the subject-matter. The Cantonal Council shall be in charge of the enforcing organization. Furthermore, it can also grant subsidies. In particular, the Canton shall agree with third parties the setting up of an efficient infrastructure dealing with animal waste.
