Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Agricultural Law of 2 September 1979. Article 1 establishes that the Landscape and Nature Office is the competent authority to enforce legislation in the sphere of animal breeding. All application for subsidies shall be send to the afore-mentioned office. The text consists of 40 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Cattle breeding (B); Breeding other than cattle (C); Final provisions (D).
