Abstract

This Act establishes a Canned Fruit Export Board and regulates the marketing of canned fruit on export markets. No person shall export for sale or offer to export for sale any canned fruit to any country or territory specified by the Minister from time to time by notice in the Gazette, unless he or she is the holder of a licence issued under this Act.
