For this purpose, the Law concerns the collection, treatment and discharge of urban waste water and the treatment and discharge of waste water from certain industrial sectors. Article 1 establishes that waste water and rainwater shall be discharged or disposed of according to the latest standards of environmental protection and hygienic requirements.
