The present Regulations enter into force on 1 August 2013.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Canadian Wheat Board (Interim Operations) Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to interim operations carried out by the Canadian Wheat Board. The text – consisting of 7 sections – deals with the following aspects: assignment, designation of selected and accepted barley, designation of amber durum wheat, pooling point and coming into force. The text consists of 7 sections.
