Abstract

The Canadian Turkey Marketing Agency is authorized to promote, regulate and control the marketing of turkey locally within Manitoba. For that purpose, it may exercise the same or similar powers that it is authorized to exercise respecting the marketing of turkey in interprovincial or export trade under clauses 22(1)(a) and (d) of the Farm Products Agencies Act (Canada). The text consists of 5 sections.
