Abstract

The present Regulations enforce the Farm Products Agencies Act (R.S. 1985, c. F-4). Section 3 establishes that no person shall engage in the marketing of turkey in interprovincial or export trade unless he holds the appropriate licence. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Schedule.
