In particualr, the present Proclamation establishes that the Canadian Hatching Egg Producers Agency is responsible for implementing and administering its marketing plans. These marketing plans describe the quota, licensing, and levy systems to be implemented as well as provisions for review and other general items specific to the regulated commodity in question.
