Abstract

The present Proclamation – set out in the Schedule - is enacted under the Farm Products Agencies Act. The Proclamation establishes that the Canadian Egg Marketing Agency is responsible for implementing and administering its marketing plans. These marketing plans describe the quota, licensing, and levy systems to be implemented as well as provisions for review and other general items specific to the regulated commodity in question. The text of the Schedule consists of 13 sections.
