Abstract

The Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Canadian Egg Marketing Agency: a) to promote, regulate and control the marketing of eggs locally within Manitoba, and for such purpose, to exercise all or any powers like the powers exercisable by it with respect to the marketing of eggs in inter provincial or export trade; and b) in relation to the marketing of eggs locally within Manitoba, to conduct programmes to equalize or adjust returns received by producers of eggs from the marketing by conducting surplus removal programmes. The text consists of 6 sections.
