Abstract

The present Regulations enforce the Farm Products Agencies Act (R.S. 1985, c. F-4). The Canadian Broiler Hatching Egg Marketing Agency has been empowered to implement a marketing plan and to establish a quota system for persons engaged in the marketing of chicks produced in a non-signatory province. The text consists of 7 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Marketing restrictions (2); Orderly marketing quotas (3); Reduction of orderly marketing quotas (4); Suspension and cancellation of orderly marketing quotas (5); New entrants (6); Coming into force (7).
