Abstract

The present Regulations enforce the Farm Products Agencies Act (R.S. 1985, c. F-4). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the establishment of a system of licensing of persons engaged in the marketing in interprovincial or export trade of broiler hatching eggs or chicks produced for chicken production.
