Abstract

The present Proclamation is enacted under the Farm Products Agencies Act. The Schedule establishes the Canadian Beef Cattle Research, Market Development and Promotion Agency, responsible for implementing and administering their marketing plans. These marketing plans describe the quota, licensing, and levy systems to be implemented as well as provisions for review and other general items specific to the regulated commodity in question. The text consists of 14 sections.
